Hiring a wedding planner makes the lives of soon-to-be-married couples very easy. There are a lot of things planned that need to be executed in order to make their main day perfect, which is why wedding planners can help to turn all those dreams into reality.

An agreement needs to be signed by both parties for official purposes, and that all the instructions can be followed to the tee. However, writing a wedding planner agreement can become too troublesome, hence iDispute presents a step-by-step guide to fill in all the particulars needed to get the document prepared.

You can start by entering the document date on the right side of the document (eg. 08/13/2020).
The Client
Next, you can fill this section with all the details about yourself in the following order:
● Name (eg. John Doe)
● Address Line 1 (123 Example Street, Miami, FL 12345)
The Wedding Planner
Now, enter the details of the wedding planner in the following sequence:
● Name (eg. Planner Example LLC)
● Address Line (eg. 321 Sample Street, Miami, FL 12345)
Wedding Details
Start by filling Section 1, in the following order:
● Wedding Date (eg. June 1, 2021)
● Ceremony Location (eg. 123 Ceremony Street, Miami, FL 12345)
● Reception Location (eg. 321 Reception Street, Miami, FL 12345)
Planner Duties
Next, in Section 2 of the document, you can fill in the information in the following order:
● Client’s Phone Number (eg. 123–456–7890)
● Client’s Email Address (eg. client@example.com)
● Planner’s Phone Number (eg. 111–222–3333)
● Planner’s Email Address (eg. planner@example.com)
Next, enter the number of miles from the Planner’s home/office, which when exceeded, should be compensated for their traveling expense (eg. 30 miles).
Also, add the number of miles that you will need to pay the suppliers if it is away from the Planner’s home/office (eg. 30 miles).
Then, enter the term of coordination and supervision date (eg. May 30, 2021).
The Payment
In Section 3, you will have to fill in all the details related to the payment. Follow the following sequence:
● Total fee for services (eg. $10,000.00)
● Non-refundable deposit due upon execution of the agreement (eg. $500)
● The amount of balance that is due (eg. $9,500.00)
● Balance due date (eg. May 30, 2021)
Cancellation
In this section, type in the agreement dates on which the Client can receive a full refund, half or no refund if they cancel the event (eg. 30 days, 14 days, and 7 days respectively).
Next, scroll down to the end and enter the jurisdiction where the document will take effect (eg. Florida, USA).
Lastly, enter the client’s name (eg. John Doe) on the left side of the document and the wedding planner’s executive on the left side (eg Met Daq - General Manager).
Make sure to check all of the entered information once before clicking on the Buy button and proceeding with the payment. You can then download, print, and sign your document and send it over to your wedding planner.
