Congratulations! Your document is ready. Check it thoroughly and see if the personal information you gave is accurate.

Step 14: Once you have confirmed, click on the BUY button at the top.

Step 15: Make the Payment, and the document is ready to download for print.

Step 16: Remember to Notarize the document and keep the original copy for your records.

Step 17: For your convenience, get the notary service online HERE.

Step 18: The last step is to send the letter by a certified USPS, as it is the most trusted form, and provide a confirmation when the ARS receives the document.
